Our Leadership

Born and raised in Pearl, MS, Pastor Robert's path to ministry was anything but typical. God called him into the ministry during a college lecture, igniting a passion to preach the Gospel unapologetically and bring others to Christ's loving salvation. In 2012, God led him to launch Elevate Church as a refuge for those feeling cast out or unwelcome. Drawing from his own experiences of rejection, Robert, along with his wife Amanda and their three children, has faithfully led our church for the past 11 years, guiding us through both triumphs and trials.

Pastor Amanda has a deep purpose for meeting the needs of those who cannot help themselves, a calling that drives her both in her service and daily life. As a Speech Pathologist, she uses her God-given gifts to give a voice to those in need. In our church, she has been a steadfast support for our lead pastor over the past 11 years of Elevate's existence, and faithfully leads our preschool ministry, serving our little ones each week. With a heart for children and those with special needs, Amanda is dedicated to ensuring that the gospel reaches everyone, especially those who may need a little extra help.

Pastors Wynn and Jennifer Wennekamp are dedicated to creating a fun, engaging environment where children can connect with Jesus. They  focuses on making the gospel accessible through interactive games and hands-on activities, always meeting kids at their level. After joining our church in 2020, Wynn and Jennifer felt drawn to serving with our kids. They are committed to nurturing young hearts and fostering a space where every child feels valued and loved by God in our Children's Ministry.

Pastor Preston Lanier has a deep God-given drive for building up the next generation, guiding students to grow in their faith and become strong leaders. Originally from Florida, Preston moved to our community in 2019 and has since dedicated himself to connecting with students on a personal level, helping them navigate life’s challenges with a Christ-centered approach. His commitment to shaping the future through meaningful relationships and impactful ministry is at the heart of everything he does in our Student Ministry.

Pastor Caitlin carries a deep desire to see the women of Elevate become who God has called them to be. She is committed to helping women navigate the fast-paced challenges of today’s culture by grounding them in what God says about their identity and purpose. Through her leadership, she creates a space where women are encouraged, strengthened in their faith, and connected with others no matter what their journey currently looks like. Her heart is to help women look beyond shifting emotions and cultural expectations and anchor themselves in the truth of who God says they are.

Pastor Jeremy Martinez, who began leading our Worship Ministry in 2022, is passionate about building a team of dedicated leaders who guide our church in heartfelt praise. He strives to cultivate a culture that extends beyond our services, encouraging our congregation to live lives of worship every day. With deep roots grounded in Biblical truth, Jeremy is committed to ensuring that our expressions of praise are both theologically sound and spiritually enriching.

Pastor Eric Allen, who began with Elevate Church at the beginning of our journey in 2012, has a passion for people experiencing Christ and growth beyond a Sunday morning service. Eric is the pastor over our Growth Groups, focusing on building communities that bring our church closer together and foster deeper spiritual growth. He along with his entire family work diligently every week in our services and events to ensure that no matter who walks in the door, they feel loved by God and by others at our church.

Alvin leads our Production and Marketing teams, overseeing technical creativity and church communications.

Heather leads our Special Events team that works hard to make every event memorable and special.

Heather leads our Welcome Team who work to make everyone who enters Elevate feel welcome and loved.
